This role combines financial management expertise, ERP system knowledge, data analysis, customer support, and process improvement to help ensure the organization has the tools, data, and financial information required to accomplish its critical mission. As part of a collaborative team, you will work directly with government personnel to optimize financial operations, strengthen audit readiness, improve reporting capabilities, and support modernization efforts involving GFEBS-SA and related systems.\nResponsibilities\nSupport users of GFEBS-SA and related financial management systems\nAnalyze, document, and improve business processes, system functionality, and reporting requirements\nAssist in developing and maintaining master data structures, including cost centers, work breakdown structures, and related financial elements\nCreate and support business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data analysis products\nConduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation activities for system updates and enhancements\nResearch and resolve financial data discrepancies, unmatched transactions, and system issues\nAssist with user training, help desk support, job aids, and change management communications\nGather and document functional requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable recommendations\nPartner with government personnel, technical teams, and external stakeholders to improve financial management capabilities\nSupport audit readiness initiatives through process documentation, controls analysis, and compliance efforts\nPrepare reports, briefings, and recommendations that support informed decision-making\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience\nTop Secret with SCI Eligibility (or ability to obtain as required)\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience\nExperience supporting GFEBS and/or GFEBS-SA environments\nMinimum of 1 year supporting SOF, Sensitive Activities, or similarly complex DoW environments\nKnowledge of financial management processes, ERP systems, business analysis methodologies, and reporting tools\nExperience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting system implementations\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent customer service and communication abilities\nCreativity and adaptability in problem-solving\nAbility to work with clients to understand their needs\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProfessional presence\nPreferred Skills\nAbility to work in a team environment, as well as independently\nStrong customer and vendor relationship skills\nDemonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies\nMotivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value\nAbout CSCI\nCSCI is an award-winning information technology and financial management consulting firm founded on one simple philosophy: “Do what is right, always.” We apply this philosophy across all elements of our growing business, from delivering world-class services for customers to providing an environment where associates thrive both personally and professionally.
