Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, minimizingdowntimeand maximizing productivity. You will work independently or as part of a team, both in the field and on-site at client locations, providing exceptional service to our customers.\nWhat you'll do\nPerform electrical inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of electrical systems, including but not limited to electrical panels, circuits, motors, generators, transformers, and lighting systems.\nDiagnose electrical problems using various testing devices and equipment and implement effective solutions to resolve issues efficiently.\nInstall, upgrade, andmodifyelectrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.\nCollaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities.\nProvideaccurateand detailed reports on work performed, including observations, recommendations, and time logs.\nKeep up to date with advancements in electrical technology, codes, and safety standards, and apply knowledge to enhance service delivery andmaintaina high levelofexpertise.\nMaintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure their availability and proper functioning.\nAdhere to company policies, procedures, and safetyprotocols always, promoting a safe work environment for yourself and others.\nProvide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.\nJourneymanElectrician license or equivalent certification isrequired.\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components, including their installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.\nProficiencyin interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.\nFamiliarity with applicable electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices.\nAbility to effectively use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.\nExceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.\nValid driver's license and clean driving record.\nPreferred Skills and Abilities\n5+years of electrical field experience.\n3-5 years ofLeadershipexperience\nCrews 1-10\nProjects up to $500,000 \nWinning Behaviors and Competencies\nReal-time Communication is key to success: We will communicate real-time to our team members and clients. \nKnowing our projects is key to success: Preplanning and continuous planning habits lead to success.
