This role works closely with Operations, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to analyze data, support pricing decisions, maintain reporting, and assist with financial and operational initiatives.\nWe are looking for a Financial Analyst I who will:\nPricing & Profitability Analysis\nSupport the development and maintenance of pricing models for products, services, and customer solutions.\nAssist with pricing analysis for customer proposals, contract renewals, and pricing updates.\nConduct basic customer, product, and service profitability analysis.\nGather and validate cost data to support pricing recommendations.\nMonitor pricing performance and assist in identifying opportunities to improve profitability.\nPostage Reconciliation & Financial Support\nAssist in reconciling postage transactions between USPS, customer accounts, internal systems, and billing records.\nSupport postage expense tracking, validation, and reporting activities.\nAssist with customer reimbursement and postage recovery reconciliations.\nResearch and resolve transaction discrepancies under guidance from senior team members.\nMaintain supporting documentation and audit records.\nReporting & Analysis\nPrepare recurring postage, reimbursement, revenue, and cost reports.\nAnalyze basic financial and operational trends and variances.\nSupport dashboard maintenance and data visualization efforts.\nCompile and validate data for management reporting and business reviews.\nAssist in identifying opportunities for process and reporting improvements.\nIs this opportunity right for you?
