This role partners with Operations, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to analyze financial performance, support pricing decisions, optimize cost recovery, and deliver actionable insights that drive profitable business outcomes.\nThe ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets to solve complex business problems, improve operational processes, and support strategic decision-making.\nWe are looking for a Financial Analyst II who will:\nPricing & Profitability Analysis\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze pricing models for products, services, and customer solutions.\nSupport new business opportunities, customer proposals, contract renewals, and pricing updates.\nConduct customer, product, service, and contract profitability analysis.\nDevelop financial models and business cases to support pricing decisions.\nEvaluate cost changes and business impacts and recommend pricing actions to support revenue and margin objectives.\nPartner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Account Management teams to develop pricing strategies and customer solutions.\nMonitor pricing performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.\nPostage Reconciliation & Financial Support\nReconcile postage transactions between USPS, customer accounts, internal systems, and billing records. \nSupport postage expense tracking and validation activities.\nAssist with customer reimbursement and postage recovery reconciliations.\nResearch and resolve transaction discrepancies.\nMaintain supporting documentation and audit records.\nReporting & Analysis\nPrepare recurring postage, reimbursement, and cost reports.\nAnalyze postage spending trends and variances.\nSupport dashboard development and data visualization efforts.\nCompile data for management reporting and decision support.\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve financial, pricing, and operational processes.\nDevelop and enhance reporting and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other technologies.\nImprove data quality, reporting consistency, and workflow efficiency.\nDocument business processes, controls, and standard operating procedures.\nIs this opportunity right for you?
