The DPM Operations team is accountable for the effective operation and support of solutions delivered by the DPM Product Development Teams. This accountability covers seven main areas:\nSupporting AWS Cloud Infrastructure\nAssist on Improve security engineering audit and compliance tasks including alert tuning, log collection\ninstalling, patching and upgrading DPM Products on our SaaS platform\nmaintaining deployment and application infrastructure\nvalidating installation, configuration, release and promotion processes and procedures\nsupporting the DW Product Development Teams’ releases and promotions through production\nmonitoring the function and performance of DPM solutions\nautomating and documenting Platform Engineer processes\nparticipating in the Platform Engineer on-call rotation schedule\nYou will work with a fun and exciting team and be on the absolute cutting edge of technology.\nWhat you will be doing:\nDPM Product installation and configuration.\nAssist in troubleshooting Platform errors.\nTroubleshot and assisted with bugfixes for DPM Applications.\nMonitor DPM solutions’ function and performance\nAutomate and document Platform Engineer processes.\nParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotation \nCollaborate with colleagues in architecture and development groups\nInstall, configure, and upgrade third-party products and open-source solutions\nBi-weekly off-hour maintenance activities are performed within the required maintenance window\nYou should have:\nResearch shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply for roles if they don't meet all the criteria. Channel the power of YOU and apply to explore the possibility we're the perfect fit.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field \nNATO SECRET (NS) security classification or willingness to undergo screening to attain NATO Secret security clearance\nExperience in configuring, managing and upgrading servers and software\nKnowledge of database applications (Oracle) and Web Services (REST)\nFamiliarity with version control, continuous integration and delivery tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory or related services like Azure DevOps, Salt, AWS CodeCommit/Build/Pipelines, BitBucket or GitLab)\nA desire to learn new things.
