Introduction The Sales Engineer (Projects) will support the development and sales of turnkey materials handling systems, combining technical engineering knowledge with sales and customer relationship management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, preparing technical solutions and quotations, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure projects meet customer specifications, quality standards, budgets and delivery timelines. Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Identify sales opportunities and build customer relationships. Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions Prepare quotations, costings, tenders and technical proposals. Conduct site surveys and customer presentations. Assist with customised designs, PFDs, P&IDs and technical drawings. Coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery. Assist with project handovers and after-sales support.
