Excellent understanding of Mainframe Batch Processes, Batch Monitoring, SLA Management & experience in handling critical production issues.\nExperience in monitoring batch jobs, critical streams, SLA adherence, fixing Mainframe Batch job abends, Identifying and troubleshooting late jobs, streams, escalating critical issues, leading and representing your team critical incident calls is expected from this role.\nExperience supporting in a 24x7 model is mandatory.\nGood experience in Analyzing, fixing, escalating critical batch abends.\nExcellent understanding of entire development process, including specification, Coding, documentation, and quality assurance.\nKnowledge in software development methodologies/processes, design, implementation, and documentation.\nExcellent communications and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently while participating in team collaboration\nAbility to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines\nProficient analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to support 24x7 on call rotation.\nAbility to learn new programing languages as necessary.\nAbility to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment\nThis position may involve periodic weekend support to ensure operational continuity and successful delivery of business-critical initiatives. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary is expected.\nThe position may be based out of Hyd or BLR.
