You will work with our development team, partner teams and client stakeholders in several countries. You will help keep everyone aligned so that projects ship on time and at the right quality.\nThis role suits someone who likes working with people as much as with plans. You build trust across cultures and organisations, keep communication clear when there are many stakeholders, and stay calm when priorities change.\nResponsibilities:\nLead delivery of projects and change requests from planning through go-live\n\nAct as a key communication point between the development team, partner teams and client stakeholders\n\nRun status meetings, stakeholder updates and release coordination, and keep them focused and transparent\n\nManage expectations and difficult conversations about scope, timelines and priorities\n\nIdentify risks and dependencies across teams early, and drive them to resolution\n\nKeep the backlog, roadmap and project documentation clear and up to date in Jira and Confluence\n\nTrack effort, budget and change requests, and support the estimation of new work\n\nRequirements:\n3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development\n\nExperience working closely with development and QA teams\n\nExperience in an international or distributed environment\n\nGood understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models\n\nHands-on experience with Jira and Confluence\n\nFluent English (C1+), both written and spoken\n\nSoft Skills:\nClear, structured communication: you explain technical topics simply to business stakeholders\n\nCultural awareness and empathy: you adapt your style to different working cultures and build relationships remotely\n\nOwnership: you follow up, close loops and act without waiting to be asked\n\nCalm under pressure: you keep the team focused during go-lives and changing priorities\n\nFacilitation skills: your meetings end with decisions and clear next steps\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in fintech, banking or payments\n\nExperience coordinating work across multiple vendors or organisations\n\nExperience with system integrations\n\nCertifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or PMI-ACP\n\nTech
