This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, managing multiple projects, and helping banks maximize the value of their digital banking technology investments.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation projects.\nIntroduce customers to CSI digital banking solutions and implementation processes.\nGather implementation requirements and ensure alignment with customer expectations.\nConduct data gathering sessions to understand file movement and system configuration needs.\nConfigure applications and support system setup activities.\nLead testing and review sessions with financial institution customers.\nDeliver training and support customers through the go-live process.\nProvide post-implementation support to ensure a successful transition.\nStay current on product enhancements and new functionality.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nAccurate and efficient customer data conversions.\nComplete and accurate product configurations.\nCustomers are confident using their new digital banking solutions.\nSmooth implementation and go-live experiences.\nHigh levels of customer satisfaction and project success.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, customer onboarding, project coordination, or a related field.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\nExcellent communication and customer-facing skills.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBanking, digital banking, or financial technology experience.\nGeneral bank accounting knowledge.\nExperience supporting software implementations or customer conversions.\nFamiliarity with digital banking products and online banking platforms\nTravel\nTravel up to 25%\nAs a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
