You'll work on a wide variety of projects including customer-facing enhancements, internal business applications, APIs, automation initiatives, and modernization efforts that help move our technology platform forward.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll contribute across the entire software development lifecycle while partnering with internal stakeholders, product teams, and fellow engineers to design, build, and enhance applications.\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern Microsoft technologies\nBuild and enhance REST APIs that support internal and customer-facing products\nDevelop intuitive user interfaces using Angular and modern web technologies\nCreate scalable backend solutions using .NET, C#, and SQL Server\nSupport modernization initiatives, technical debt reduction, and application upgrades\nDevelop automation solutions that improve efficiency for operational and conversion teams\nParticipate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities\nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions\nContribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based initiatives as the organization continues its technology evolution\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members as appropriate\nWhat You'll Be Working On\nThe Flex Team supports a diverse portfolio of projects, including:\nInternal applications that automate repetitive business processes\nConversion tools that enable teams to perform data-related activities more efficiently\nDeposit and Loan API enhancements\nCustomer-requested product improvements that development teams have not yet had capacity to prioritize\nModernization projects focused on upgrading legacy applications and technology platforms\nEmerging initiatives involving AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity improvements\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of professional software development experience\nStrong experience with .NET / .NET Core C# SQL Server or other relational databases Angular, React, or similar modern JavaScript framework HTML and CSS\nExperience developing and consuming RESTful APIs\nExperience with source control and modern software development practices\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities\nAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Angular\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman or ReadyAPI\nExperience with Azure cloud technologies, Azure DevOps, App Configuration, or Key Vault\nExperience with containerization technologies\nBanking, fintech, or financial services experience\nExposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies\nAs a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
