The role coordinates specialists, bank decisions, dependencies, readiness, and communication throughout the implementation.\nThe Implementations Specialist confirms scope, guides the bank through the conversion approach and responsibilities, drives readiness for training, testing, conversion, and operational transition, and coordinates completion and handoff activities through post-conversion stabilization.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nServe as the primary bank-facing point of contact for assigned functional workstreams, providing continuity and connecting the bank with the appropriate specialists.\nConfirm project scope, introduce the specialist team, and explain the conversion approach, timeline, bank responsibilities, and key dependencies.\nUse the Conversion Questionnaire and other project artifacts to identify requirements, decisions, dependencies, and bank-specific considerations for specialist follow-up.\nMaintain the functional delivery plan, including milestones, decisions, dependencies, risks, owners, and unresolved issues.\nLead or coordinate recurring status discussions and translate specialist updates into clear decisions, responsibilities, and next steps for the bank.\nDrive bank readiness for training, testing, conversion, and operational transition to NuPoint in coordination with specialists and other implementation resources.\nCoordinate go-live coverage, transition support, exception handling, and escalation through the Project Manager and appropriate internal teams.\nConfirm completion of assigned functional responsibilities, track remaining post-conversion items, and support the handoff to Customer Experience.\nPRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING\nThe bank has one accountable, bank-facing owner and understands specialist roles, responsibilities, milestones, and dependencies.\nDecisions, risks, issues, ownership, and readiness are visible and addressed early enough to protect the conversion timeline.\nTraining, testing, conversion, go-live support, and operational transition activities are coordinated through stabilization.\nAssigned functional workstreams are completed accurately, unresolved post-conversion items are tracked, and the customer is successfully handed off to Customer Experience.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nExperience or equivalent to a 4-year college degree\nBanking operations knowledge and/or experience required.\nThe minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least two (2) years.\nTeam and/or project management experience preferred. \nAdditional Required Skills:\nMathematical skills\nCommunication skills - demonstrated verbal and written communication skills\nReasoning skills\nComputer skills - MS-Office suite of products\nLeadership skills\nManagerial skills\nAdministrative skills\nAnalytical skills\nNetworking skills\nOrganization and time management skills\nRELATIONSHIP BUILDING\nRequires regular contact both inside and outside the company to carry out company policy and programs; and requires abilities of persuasion and negotiation.\nDECISION MAKING\nAchieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.\nSUPERVISION RECEIVED\nGeneral Direction.
