This role requires use of imagination, originality, and ingenuity to uphold high engineering standards and deliver intuitive, high-quality user interfaces with significant business impact.\nResponsibilities:\nProject Leadership: Take ownership of the development and rollout of entire products or large UI-focused projects, driving front-end architecture and collaborating across the full stack.\n\nStandards and Practices: Enforce department coding standards and best practices, with a strong emphasis on modern Angular, TypeScript, responsive design, and UI performance optimization.\n\nProject Management: Demonstrate effective and efficient project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, user-centric features.\n\nTechnical Specifications: Write technical specifications with clear front-end architecture considerations and identify project and programming risks, including UI/UX and integration dependencies.\n\nCoaching and Mentorship: Champion processes and technologies (Agile, CI/CD, modern front-end frameworks) while coaching colleagues on UI best practices and maintainable design patterns.\n\nExpertise and Innovation: Showcase expertise in software engineering with a strong focus on front-end technologies while exploring and adopting emerging UI and full-stack technologies.\n\nProgramming Knowledge: Apply knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, and related web technologies effectively, while demonstrating the ability and willingness to expand into backend development as needed.\n\nThought Leadership: Provide proactive investigation, problem-solving, and thought leadership, particularly in UI architecture, modernization efforts, and cross-stack integration.\n\nMentorship: Offer coaching and mentorship to less experienced Software Engineers, especially in developing scalable, maintainable front-end solutions.\n\nAdditional Duties: Fulfill additional duties as assigned, contributing to the team’s overall effectiveness and supporting cross-functional and cross-stack initiatives.\n\nRequirements:\nAccredited university, college, or trade school education and training in applicable technology, advanced degrees, or certifications preferred.\n7+ years of successful, relevant software engineering experience, with a strong focus on frontend service development and complex system integrations.\nStrong proficiency with Angular, TypeScript, UI architecture, and modern web development practices\nProduct/project leadership skills\nFull-stack collaboration is critical for success in the role\nTechnical specifications and risk identification\nAgile, methodologies CI/CD experience , good knowledge of coding standards, and maintainable design patterns\nMentorship and project management skills are required for success\nAs a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
