You will collaborate with product, design, architecture, and engineering to ensure requirements are clear, technically sound, and aligned with business objectives.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nWork directly with product managers, architects, designers, and technical leads to create functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.\nDrive the execution of software features from design through development, release, and commercialization.\nCreate visual and written documentation to support design, development, and release of features.\nInterface with internal stakeholders to produce client-facing product guides.\nCreate acceptance criteria for QA teams to support automated testing.\nLead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement,,and sprint demos with a full-stack development team.\nPerform validation and sign-off to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Digital Banking products and services.\nReview and interpret API specifications, developing requirements for platform implementation.\nCollaborate with third-party vendors to ensure successful integration and adherence to industry standards.\nFacilitate meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.\nConduct gap analyses and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.\nCreate and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, and user stories.\nSupport QA and UAT efforts by developingtest cases and coordinating clear acceptance criteria.\nServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication.\nStay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in digital banking and API development.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.\nExperience working with UI/UX designers.\nExperience working directly with full-stack application development teams.\nAbility to read and understand API specification documents and assist others in using them.\nExperience using Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) for requirements management, documentation, Agile planning, and workflow tracking.\nStrong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.\nPreferred\n2+ years of software/application development experience.\nExperience working in a SaaS company.\n2+ years in banking or FinTech.\nAs a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
