This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of product ownership, business analysis, SQL, APIs, data validation, and Agile delivery.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define business requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.\nTranslate product initiatives into well-defined epics, user stories, and technical requirements.\nOwn and maintain a prioritized product backlog.\nLead backlog refinement sessions and support sprint planning activities.\nCollaborate with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\nDevelop a strong understanding of application architecture, data sources, APIs, and integrations.\nWrite SQL queries to validate data, investigate issues, and support acceptance testing.\nPerform user acceptance testing of features, integrations, and APIs.\nMonitor data quality and validate consistency between backend systems and user-facing applications.\nPartner with UX/UI and Design teams to improve user experience and product workflows.\nCreate detailed acceptance criteria for functional, API, and data-related development work.\nSupport release readiness activities, documentation, release notes, and user guides.\nLeverage approved AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, Jira Rovo, or similar technologies to improve productivity, documentation, requirements gathering, and testing efficiency.\nMentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or related field preferred.\n6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a software development environment.\nStrong experience managing Agile backlogs, sprint planning, and refinement sessions.\nDemonstrated experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.\nStrong API experience, including documenting requirements and validating integrations.\nAdvanced SQL experience, including data validation, troubleshooting, and exploratory analysis.\nExperience working with data-focused products, analytics platforms, reporting tools, or business intelligence applications.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and business requirements for engineering teams.\nExperience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in fintech, banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.\nExperience with embedded analytics or business intelligence tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\nExperience with Snowflake or modern cloud data platforms.\nExperience working with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.\nFamiliarity with Figma and UX/UI collaboration processes.\nProduct Owner, Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications.\nWhat Makes Someone Successful in This Role\nAbility to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.\nComfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data flows, and application architecture with engineering teams.\nStrong data mindset and curiosity around how information is sourced, transformed, validated, and presented.\nAbility to independently validate requirements through SQL queries and testing.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality product outcomes.\nExperience using AI-powered productivity tools to improve requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and delivery processes.\nAs a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
