This is a long-term contract role suited for someone who can operate independently, respect established brand systems, and thoughtfully evolve them over time.\nWhat you’ll do\nWork closely with Perseus marketing and management on ongoing design needs across the organization \nApply and extend existing brand guidelines and visual frameworks, modernizing them where appropriate \nDesign across digital, print, and video formats, including marketing assets, event materials, presentations, and internal communications \nPackage and prepare design assets for handoff to our web developer, including layouts, specs, and visual guidance \nSupport seasonal initiatives and campaigns that may require increased design capacity for short periods \nMaintain a high bar for consistency, clarity, and execution across all touchpoints \nWhat we’re looking for\nSenior-level graphic designer with strong end-to-end execution skills \nProven experience across digital, print, and video design \nStrong understanding of brand systems and how to work within them without stagnation \nAbility to take direction from marketing leadership while bringing strong design judgment and recommendations \nComfortable working in a corporate or professional services environment \nReliable, responsive, and able to manage work independently in a fractional capacity \nNice to have\nExperience creating 3D graphics or video content \nProficiency in Figma, particularly for packaging assets and layouts for development handoff \nCorporate or B2B experience \nFamiliarity with Canva \nContract details\nTime commitment: Approximately 15-20 hours per month, with flexibility for seasonal spikes \nLocation: Remote \nEligibility: Based in North America \nAvailability: Must be available during Eastern Time working hours \nPortfolio: Required.
