using AI coding tools throughout the SDLC and hands-on development.\nBuild reliable APIs and integrations that connect digital products to enterprise systems.\nDeliver high-quality, and maintainable code.\nWrite and maintain technical documentation (e.g. ADRs and RFCs).\nBuild CI/CD pipelines and ensure application observability through logging, metrics and monitoring.\nActively contribute to iterative sprint cycles by participating in peer code reviews, engaging with users, and proactively resolving issues.\nContribute to the technical community by sharing best practices, publishing internal tech blogs and leading knowledge-sharing sessions.\nDesign, build, and maintain robust pipelines to securely and efficiently move, transform, and sync data across disparate networks.\nRequirements (Minimum Qualifications)\nA degree or professional qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with modern web application development using technologies such as Spring Boot, React, Python.\nFamiliarity with relational databases (e.g. MSSQL), and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).\nFamiliarity with Search Engine (e.g. Elasticsearch).\nFamiliarity with Observability tooling and frameworks (e.g. OpenTelemetry).\nExperience in integrating LLM and Agentic AI capabilities is a plus.\nTechnical expertise in the following areas is a plus: microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data synchronization mechanisms across networks.\nComfortable working in a small, fast-moving teams.\nCandidates with at least three years of experience in software engineering may be considered for senior
