community by sharing best practices, publishing internal tech blogs and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.\nRequirements (Minimum Qualifications)\nA degree or professional qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\nGood understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, software design principles, and basic database concepts .\nFamiliarity with modern web application development using technologies such as Spring Boot, React, Python.\nFamiliarity with relational databases (e.g. MSSQL), and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).\nFamiliarity with Search Engine (e.g. Elasticsearch).\nFamiliarity with Observability tooling and frameworks (e.g. OpenTelemetry).\nExperience in integrating LLM and Agentic AI capabilities is a plus.\nKnowledge of SAP or similar enterprise HCM systems is an added advantage, particularly in building integrations with custom-built
