Post-graduate qualifications preferred.\n8-10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry working across multiple therapeutic areas; plus at least 5+ years or experience running/leading forecasting/analytics teams in biotech/pharma industry\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.\nStrength in storytelling, data visualization, and developing effective presentations including use of Think-Cell tool\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a lean organization; Experience working in multi-site/global environment\nExperienced with multiple forecasting & BI tools including Flexicast, Forecast Pro, Decision Suite/@Risk or any monte carlo simulation tools, Tableau, QlikSense etc.\nExperience working with Rx, patient claims, pricing (WAC) and managed markets data sources (e.g. IQVIA, SHS, MMIT, Komodo, Clarivate, IPD Analytics)\nExperience with multiple epi, sales, and syndicated datasets such as Clarivate, Evaluate Pharma, Globaldata, IQVIA, Symphony, ADIVO, GERS, UNOS, Oracle EpiDB, Datamonitor, etc.\nFluent in ability to embed AI into recurring workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround time\nEntrepreneurial attitude and approach; Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills\nUnderstanding of Machine learning approaches and AI solutions /applications within forecasting\nThe expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $199,000 - $236,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position in Waltham, MA as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors.
