Leading the Charge Outside)\nLead a crew of approximately 4-5 team members and keep the day running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.\n\nPlan daily work, assign tasks, manage priorities, and keep the crew on schedule.\n\nLead crews in commercial landscape maintenance, including turf care, mowing, trimming, pruning, garden bed maintenance, planting, weeding, cleanups, and seasonal landscape services.\n\nSupport other landscape work as required, including enhancements, planting projects, landscape improvements, and general property services.\n\nInspect properties and completed work to ensure CSL standards for quality, appearance, and service are being met.\n\nProvide hands-on direction, coaching, and training to crew members while leading by example.\n\nCommunicate regularly with the Operations Manager regarding progress, site conditions, staffing, materials, equipment, and any issues that need attention.\n\nBuild positive working relationships with clients, site contacts, contractors, suppliers, and other CSL team members.\n\nOperate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, tractors, trimmers, pruning equipment, blowers, and other small equipment.\n\nComplete routine equipment inspections and report damaged, defective, or unsafe vehicles, tools, equipment, or materials.\n\nMake practical decisions in the field and solve problems when things don’t go exactly according to plan.\n\nFollow all company safety procedures, site requirements, applicable regulations, codes, and bylaws.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite.\n\nDrive company vehicles and trailers safely when required.\n\nGet your hands dirty when needed.
