Dann erwartet Sie bei CSL Plasma eine vielseitige Expertenrolle, in der Sie unsere Schulungs- und QA-Systeme aktiv mitgestalten und als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Anwender agieren.\nIhre Aufgaben\nLearning Management\nSie betreuen und entwickeln unser Learning-Management-System (LMS) weiter und unterstützen Anwender bei Fragen und im Troubleshooting.\nSie erstellen Trainingsmaterialien und führen Anwendertrainings sowie standortübergreifende Schulungen durch.\nGemeinsam mit lokalen und globalen Teams entwickeln Sie Schulungsinhalte und -methoden kontinuierlich weiter.\nSie übernehmen verschiedene administrative und fachliche Rollen innerhalb des LMS und arbeiten eng mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern zusammen.\nNeue Technologien und Methoden der Erwachsenenbildung behalten Sie im Blick und bringen geeignete Ansätze in unsere Trainingslandschaft ein.\nQuality Systems\nAls Experte unterstützen Sie die Weiterentwicklung und Anwendung unserer QA- und Qualitätssicherungssysteme.\nSie betreuen Anwender, analysieren Probleme und unterstützen beim Troubleshooting.\nIm Änderungs- und Abweichungsmanagement übernehmen Sie fachliche Verantwortung für Ihren Zuständigkeitsbereich.\nSie unterstützen oder leiten lokale und unterstützen globale Projekte\nBei Audits und Inspektionen unterstützen Sie durch die Vorbereitung von Daten, Listen und weiteren erforderlichen Informationen.\nDas bringen Sie mit\nAbgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem medizinischen, pharmazeutischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich\nZusatzqualifikation im Qualitätswesen oder mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement\nErfahrung im Umgang mit EDV-Systemen und Applikationen\nErfahrung im Schulungsmanagement oder in der Erwachsenenbildung ist von Vorteil\nEine Train-the-Trainer-Weiterbildung ist ebenfalls von Vorteil\nHohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Erfahrung mit bzw.
