CSN Collision locations ensures a smooth experience from vehicle drop-off to final delivery, providing customers with reliable repairs, transparent communication, and industry-leading service.\nPrimary Objectives of the Role:\nWe are seeking a dynamic Collision Repair Bodyshop Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the smooth running of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing customer inquiries, and driving sales to meet targets. This role is integral to the overall operations of the repair facilities' growth and performance.\nStrong Leadership and clear communication skills to lead the team toward achieving goals.\nEnsure proper handling and efficient processing of insurance claims and repair process.\nReview quality control measures to ensure all repairs exceed industry standards and customers’ expectations.\nManage inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure materials are available for timely repairs.
