Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare accurate and detailed estimates for collision repair jobs, ensuring all labor, parts, and materials are accounted for\nManage parts ordering, inventory control, and procurement to ensure timely availability of required parts for repair jobs\nLiaise with insurance adjusters, including DRP partners, and customers to discuss and explain estimates, repair needs, and timelines\nCollaborate with technicians and shop staff to assess damage, identify parts needs, and ensure the proper parts are used for each repair\nTrack and manage parts usage, monitor stock levels, and order replacement parts as needed\nEnsure accurate documentation of parts used and proper coding for billing and inventory purposes\nStay current with automotive industry trends, including new repair techniques, parts technology, and regulatory requirements\nManage relationships with parts suppliers, vendors, and DRP networks to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery\nProvide guidance and training to technicians on parts-related issues and repair procedures\nWork with management to monitor and control parts-related expenses and improve cost-efficiency in the shop\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, both in parts handling and overall shop operations\nAssist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient parts storage area \nRequirements\nUtilize CCC, Mitchell Connect, and Audatex software\nMust have prior experience working as a Collision Estimator with a DRP shop\nMust have prior experience with parts ordering through OPS, Collision Line, and Parts Trader\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications \nI-CAR training/certification would be an asset\nValid
