claims through the process smoothly.\nExplaining repair timelines, deductibles, and paperwork in a way that makes sense to normal humans.\nCoordinating vehicle pickup and making sure customers know what to expect before they arrive.\nFollowing up after repairs to ensure customers leave happy and stay happy.\nReal Time Administration/File Management\nClosing Work Orders\nOccasionally covering the reception desk and proving that you can answer phones, greet visitors, and juggle multiple tasks without developing superpowers.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\nStrong organizational abilities and attention to detail.\nAbility to stay calm when customers, insurance companies, and repair schedules all need something at the same time.\nExperience in collision repair, automotive service, customer service, or insurance claims is an asset.\nBasic computer skills and comfort learning shop management software.\nA positive attitude and a good sense of humor.\nBonus Points If You Can\nTranslate insurance terminology into plain English.\nExplain repair delays without sounding like you're reading from a script.\nFind a missing
