manage calendar and job queue.\n· Collect vehicle details, customer information, and record customer requests and damage descriptions accurately.\n· Maintain open communication with customers regarding their job status, projected timelines, and pickup details.\n· Coordinate with technicians and shop management to ensure smooth handoff, and follow up for customer satisfaction.\n· Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area;
