We partner with integrity, curiosity, and heart.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWorking under the guidance of the MDM Technical Lead, you'll provide hands-on technical development and delivery support for MDM services:\nUse the Informatica MDM tool to combine source data from agency sources, applying required transformations, applying corrections to the source files, and adding new fields via the change request process.\nSupport MDM development and operational activities using working knowledge of Informatica MDM.\nAutomate the staging of data by scheduling scripts to run at optimal times, enhancing overall system performance and efficiency.\nImplement MDM jobs by creating mappings, mapplets, sessions, and workflows.\nWork with different ETL transformations, including Aggregator, Expression, Filter, Router, Sequence Generator, Update Strategy, Joiner, Rank and Source Qualifier, Lookup, and Sorter.\nSchedule and monitor ETL/Informatica jobs in development, system testing, and production environments.\nTroubleshoot post-release production support issues and develop solutions.\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze complex SQL queries and scripts used to create data marts in Teradata.\nWork directly with the QA team to support defect resolution, validation, and testing of MDM-related processes.\nParticipate in project discussions to document and recommend alternative technical solutions or requirements, and in unit, integration, and system testing.\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of experience in MDM, ETL/ELT, data engineering, or data integration development.\n3+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM implementation experience.\nExperience developing ETL mappings, mapplets, sessions, workflows, transformations, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting Informatica jobs.\nSQL experience, with large MDM and DBMS enterprise relational platforms.\nExperience with data quality, matching, unique client/member identifier, standardization, reconciliation, and data governance concepts.\nExperience supporting ETL/MDM operations, performance tuning, issue resolution, and SDLC delivery.\nExperience with Python programming for scripting, automation, testing, or data processing support.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience. If your experience got you here another way, apply anyway.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in other MDM tools, including cloud-native MDM solutions.\nExperience working in State government, public sector, or regulated environments.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum sprint development and iterative/incremental delivery.\nExperience with healthcare, Medicaid, claims, eligibility, provider, or Health and Human Services data.\nExposure to interoperability formats such as X12, EDI, XML, JSON, APIs, or HL7/FHIR.\nExposure to cloud data platforms or modernization initiatives such as Azure, ADF, Databricks, Snowflake, or Data Lake.\nExperience with on-prem-to-cloud migration, MDM modernization, or EDW / ETL modernization initiatives.\nExposure to automation, AI/ML, GenAI, or LLM-assisted engineering for development, testing, documentation, profiling, or data quality.\nAbility to operate in a telecommute environment and matrix organization with minimal direction.\nCome Build With Us\nAt CSpring, we unlock the potential of people and data.
