hiring priorities.\nHandle multiple open positions across various technology domains and meet agreed recruitment SLAs and TAT.\nSource candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, internal databases, and professional networks.\nRecruit for niche and mainstream IT skills, including:\nData Engineering, Data Analytics, and Big Data\nCloud Technologies – AWS, Azure, and GCP\nDevOps, SRE, and Automation\nJava, .NET, Python, and Full Stack Development\nCybersecurity, Network Security, and Information Security\nSAP, Salesforce, and Enterprise Applications\nTesting – Manual, Automation, Selenium, and Playwright\nConduct initial screening to evaluate technical experience, communication skills, compensation expectations, notice period, and candidate suitability.\nEnsure candidate quality, profile relevance, authenticity, and submission compliance.\nMaintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams to improve interview attendance and offer-to-joining conversion.\nTrack recruitment metrics, including submissions, interview selections, offer releases, closures, and joining ratios.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS or client recruitment portal.\nCoordinate interview schedules, collect timely feedback, manage offer negotiations, and support pre-joining engagement.\nMentor junior recruiters, share sourcing strategies, and support the team in meeting recruitment targets.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n5–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an RPO or client-deployed recruitment model.\nStrong understanding of IT technologies, job descriptions, technical skill mapping, and candidate evaluation.\nProven experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced recruitment environment.\nExperience working directly with client TA teams, hiring managers, and recruitment stakeholders.\nStrong expertise in Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.\nFamiliarity with ATS platforms, client portals, recruitment dashboards, and SLA-based hiring.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize requirements, and deliver quality profiles within agreed
