according to user lifecycle requirements.\nProcess requests for the addition or removal of users from security or application access groups, where applicable.\nSupport password reset, account unlock, account activation, and account-related requests within the defined ID Administration scope.\nVerify that required approvals and supporting information are available before processing access requests.\nUpdate and maintain accurate records of access requests and ID Administration activities in the relevant service management or tracking system.\nAssist with User Access Management reviews and access validation exercises, where required.\nAbout youCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Diploma or Degree programme in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with users and support teams.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nStrong interest in Identity and Access Management (IAM), ID Administration, User Access Management, cybersecurity, IT service management, or enterprise IT operations.\nAbility to follow documented procedures and process access requests accurately.\nAbility to handle user and access-related information professionally and maintain appropriate confidentiality.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with users, vendors, application teams, security teams, and other IT support functions.\nHigh attention to detail and a commitment to
