This may include hardware or software problems, network connectivity issues, or system performance concerns.\n\nConfigure, set up, and customize leased PCs according to client specifications and requirements.\n\nEnsure all leased PCs are up-to-date with the latest software updates, security patches, and system maintenance tasks.\n\nMaintain accurate records of all PC leasing activities, including client interactions, technical support provided, system configurations, and maintenance records.\n\nCommunicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and management to ensure clear understanding of client needs, technical issues, and resolution status.\n\nProvide training to clients or internal staff on the basic use and maintenance of leased PCs, as required.\n\nEnsure all technical support provided adheres to quality standards and client satisfaction levels.\n\nAbout youCurrently enrolled in, or recently graduated with a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is preferred.\n\nStrong interest in PC leasing or IT support.\n\nExperience with PC hardware, software, and networking is essential.\n\nProficient in PC hardware and software, networking, and troubleshooting.\n\nFamiliarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and IT support tools is a must.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with users and stakeholders.\n\nAbility to explain complex technical issues in a simple, understandable manner to clients.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.\n\nAbility to provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating patience, empathy, and
