The QE I plans monitoring activities through audits, inspections and data collection events in order to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. The QE I will conduct basic data analysis to identify trends in processes. The QE I coordinates with cross-functional departments to implement improvements through training, process changes, design changes and any other means necessary to achieve Quality objectives.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPlans/executes the CTC QMS audit program in order to assess compliance to ISO 9001 and CTC Global requirements.\nPlans/executes audits of manufacturing and inspection processes for conformance.\nIdentify process non-conformances and opportunities for improvements.\nCollect and monitor production and test data.\nProvide basic technical analysis of product quality trends to identify issues and opportunities for improvements.\nReports results of audits and monitoring activities to impacted stakeholders.\nParticipate and lead cross-functional problem-solving and corrective-action activities. \nImplement changes to working standards (Procedures/Forms/Work Instructions) to enable process improvements.\nConduct basic training in support of improvement activities.\nCreate graphics and video media to improve communication of working standards.\nManage the tool calibration and monitoring system.\nOversee the lifecycle of quality sign-off stamps.\nThis is a partial list of required duties and responsibilities.
