This role focuses on product strategy, technical roadmaps, and Agile execution, working closely with engineering teams and mission stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable networking solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and maintain product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities for cloud networking and internet connectivity solutions supporting cyber mission requirements.\nLead product backlog refinement, translating operational requirements into prioritized features, capabilities, and actionable user stories.\nCoordinate with Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to support Program Increment (PI) execution and manage technical dependencies.\nCollaborate with USCYBERCOM, NSA, military Services, Combatant Commands, and other mission stakeholders to gather requirements and align capability delivery.\nPartner with network engineers and architects to design and enhance secure, highly available networking environments, including redundant internet connectivity and cloud infrastructure.\nDevelop product requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and release priorities for enterprise-scale networking capabilities.\nFacilitate technical exchange meetings, operational working groups, and Agile planning sessions to coordinate development activities and address networking challenges.\nMonitor product delivery, resolve implementation obstacles, and mentor junior Product Managers while driving continuous improvements across the product lifecycle.\nQualifications\nActive TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance (polygraph must be current and completed within the past 7 years).\nDegree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline, subject to applicable education/experience substitutions.\nSignificant experience with cloud networking, internet connectivity, and enterprise networking infrastructure.\nExperience with network technologies, including firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and highly available or redundant network architectures.\nExperience managing technical product roadmaps, Agile backlogs, and SAFe development activities using Jira and Confluence.\nExperience with cloud services and developing or managing products in technical development environments.\nExperience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or government cyber mission programs preferred.\nSAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ preferred. MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.\nExperience RequirementsHS Diploma/GED or Associate's degree with 16 years of relevant experience, or\nBachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or\nMaster's degree and 10 years of relevant experience\nPay Information\nThe final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications.
