This position works closely with government stakeholders, engineering teams, and project leadership to translate mission needs into clear, achievable requirements, maintain traceability, and coordinate activities to ensure successful project execution.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze, document, clarify, and manage stakeholder requirements across multiple systems and project components.\nDecompose operational needs into clear, measurable, testable, and verifiable technical requirements.\nDevelop performance requirements, metrics, mission threads, and use cases to support system development and evaluation.\nValidate requirements and verify that project deliverables satisfy established objectives and stakeholder expectations.\nMaintain requirements databases, traceability matrices, and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage requirements changes, including impact assessments, documentation updates, stakeholder reviews, and approval coordination.\nCoordinate project schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, and deliverables across cross-functional technical teams.\nTrack requirements status, risks, and issues while preparing reports, briefings, and documentation for government stakeholders and project leadership.\nQualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph completed within the last seven years.\nExperience supporting requirements management, systems engineering, and technical project coordination in government or DoD environments.\nExperience gathering, analyzing, decomposing, and documenting technical and operational requirements.\nExperience developing performance requirements, mission threads, use cases, and measurable acceptance criteria.\nKnowledge of requirements verification, validation, lifecycle traceability, and change management processes.\nExperience maintaining requirements databases, traceability matrices, technical documentation, and project management repositories.\nExperience coordinating technical teams, tracking project dependencies and deliverables, and communicating requirements status to stakeholders.\nExperience RequirementsHS Diploma/GED or Associate's degree with 16 years of relevant experience, or\nBachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or\nMaster's degree and 10 years of relevant experience\nPay Information\nThe final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications.
