This role oversees multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), manages technical dependencies, and ensures engineering activities align with mission objectives.\nResponsibilities\nLead Solution Train execution and facilitate large-scale Agile events, including PI Planning, Solution Demos, Inspect and Adapt events, and Value Stream Syncs.\nCoordinate technical dependencies, architectural alignment, and system integration activities across multiple Agile Release Trains and engineering organizations.\nManage and optimize Solution Train workflows using enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nIdentify and resolve cross-team impediments, technical risks, integration challenges, and delivery dependencies.\nCollaborate with engineering leads, program management, vendors, and cybersecurity stakeholders to align technical efforts with mission objectives.\nMonitor delivery milestones, track performance metrics, and maintain documentation covering technical requirements, architectural decisions, and program risks.\nMentor Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and technical leads in Lean-Agile methodologies, SAFe implementation, and systems engineering practices.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure Agile execution supports contractual, technical, cybersecurity, and mission requirements.\nQualifications\nActive TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance.\nDegree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline, or an accepted education/experience substitution.\nExperience coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).\nExperience supporting cyber-focused DoD programs or government technical initiatives.\nExperience with systems engineering, technical integration, requirements traceability, and architectural alignment.\nExperience with Jira and Confluence.\nOne of the following required certifications: SAFe Solution Train Engineer (STE), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).\nLevel 2 RequirementsHS Diploma/GED or Associate's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or\nBachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience\nLevel 3 RequirementsHS Diploma/GED or Associate's degree with 16 years of relevant experience, or\nBachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or\nMaster's degree and 10 years of relevant experience\nLevel 4 RequirementsHS Diploma/GED or Associate's degree with 20 years of relevant experience, or\nBachelor's degree and 18 years of relevant experience, or\nMaster's degree and 15 years of relevant experience\nPay Information\nThe final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications.
