You will act as an internal strategic consultant, embedded deeply with our commercial leaders to dissect funnels, optimize sales efficiency, and deliver actionable insights that shape our growth trajectory.\nResponsibilities\n· Executive & Board Partnership: Serve as the primary finance partner to the executive team. Lead the creation of high-impact financial narratives, investor relations materials, and strategic presentations for Board of Directors meetings and fundraising initiatives.\n· Go-To-Market & Revenue Analytics: Partner closely with Marketing and RevOps to analyze full-funnel metrics, pipeline health, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency, and net dependency/churn trends.\n· SaaS Unit Economics & Pricing: Own the financial analysis of SaaS unit economics, Lifetime Value (LTV), Lifetime Value to CAC ratios, and provide strategic deal-desk financial support to optimize contract margins and pricing structures.\n· Next-Gen Financial Intelligence: Architect, own, and scale the company’s complex forecasting models, budget-vs-actual (BVA) frameworks, and rolling forecasts.\n· AI & Automation Architecture: Lead the implementation of an AI-first approach to financial planning. Build and maintain advanced dashboards using BI and AI-powered platforms to maximize automated reporting and predictive analytics, eliminating traditional manual workflows.\n· Operational Efficiency: Proactively identify margin expansion opportunities and cost-efficiency initiatives through rigorous benchmarking, gross margin analysis, and operational deep-dives.\nRequirements\n· Experience: 6+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with a proven track record in hyper-growth SaaS companies or leading tech ecosystems known for rigorous, data-driven cultures.\n· Seniority & Executive Presence: Director-level business acumen with the confidence, articulation, and corporate storytelling skills required to influence senior executives, institutional investors, and the Chairman.\n· GTM Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience working alongside Go-To-Market teams, sales funnels, and modern Revenue Operations frameworks.\n· 100% Hands-On Autonomy: Proven capability to operate as a sole contributor-capable of executing complex projects and models independently without relying on a large team for execution.\n· Tech & AI Native: Exceptional proficiency with advanced financial modeling and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
