Make an impact from day ONE at CTI Foods!\nJob Overview\nResponsible for routinely inspecting equipment and performing basic preventative maintenance duties as necessary or scheduled\nResponsibilities\nRoutinely inspect equipment\nEvaluate integrity of equipment and determine potential equipment failure or actual equipment failure.\nPerform preventative maintenance on all facility equipment and machinery including office auxiliary equipment.\nIdentify when mechanical parts (e.g. sprockets, bearing shafts, chain, gearboxes) are worn and need to be replaced.\nUnderstand and troubleshoot controls and equipment interlocks.\nUnderstand and perform electrical shutdown procedures.\nUnderstand the fire system operation and where the valves are located.\nAble to operate and setup all equipment in the plant.\nReport concerns or problems to the maintenance lead and/or manager.\nPerform preventive maintenance repairs as needed.\nPerform basic maintenance duties as necessary\nMaintain operational ability and integrity of all machinery.\nLubricate all equipment as necessary and verify that the equipment or parts accepts lubrication properly\nUnderstand pneumatics, hydraulic basic controls, pumps and general operations.\nOperate Equipment\nOperate all equipment (e.g. conveyors, augers, pumps, etc.) in order to perform necessary Pre-Operational maintenance procedures.\nAll other duties as assigned by Supervisor\nQualifications\nLift up to 50lbs\nFrequently move between warm and cold environments\nRead, write, and understand English at a technical level\nComplete basic math problems\nAble to read and understand mechanical & electrical schematics\n3 yrs of previous experience in maintenance\nAssociate Degree in Industrial Maintenance
