岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、和系统设计部门一起根据市场需求制定Specification，负责芯片中数字逻辑电路的实现以及验证;

2、负责所设计电路的功能仿真/Synthesis/DFT/STA/Formal check/ATPG等相关流程，确保电路功能正确，性能达标;

3、优化现有模块的设计，降低功耗，优化成本;

4、配合测试部门，提供芯片的量产支持工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、有3年以上数字电路设计的经验

2、熟悉数字电路设计的各个流程，并会使用对应的工具

3、熟悉英文读写

4、熟悉SPI/USB/DDR/SDC等接口，熟悉CPU/DSP等处理器者优先

5、有55nm及更先进工艺制成signoff 经验者优先
