Become a Parkmaker!\nJob Description:\nThe Business Developer identifies acquisition targets for logistics and industrial properties, negotiates deals, and finds tenants through outreach and collaboration with real estate firms.They manage leasing, support clients through permitting and construction, and maintain client relationships while promoting CTP at events to drive business growth.\nAcquisitions:The Employee has eyes and ears open to identify suitable acquisition targets, mainly logistics and industrial property income generating or with vacancy or other issues; actively looking for suitable land plots for future development; to further extend the portfolio.\nIn this respect, the Employee stays involved during the due diligence and acquisition process, helps to coordinate and finalize deals, and negotiates with land/property owners on the best terms of the deal.\nFinding tenants for CTPs portfolio in the region:\nLetting means finding tenants directly (active search), or through working with different real estate companies or other organizations to reduce vacancy and/or initiate new developments.
