Become a Parkmaker!\nJob Description:\nThe Controller - Finance handles budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Construction, Property, Energy, and Overhead segments. They analyze key KPIs and P&L for management while collaborating with the Group on data reconciliation and report alignment. Additionally, they support teams with reports and contribute to quality and efficiency improvements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProject Collaboration & Status Reporting:\nWork closely with project teams to monitor the status of active construction projects, ensuring the project list remains up-to-date.\nIntercompany Work Statements:\nPrepare monthly intercompany work statements that align with the costs incurred, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.\nBudget Review & Approval Process:\nReview proposed budgets for approval on a weekly basis and provide updates to the internal finance and operations teams.\nCentralize weekly budgets issued by the Operational Department and manage the internal approval process.\nBudget Presentation & Reporting:\nPresent budget updates and financial overviews in weekly meetings for Group purposes, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed.
