Become a Parkmaker!\nJob Description:\nThis is a strategic communications and content management role focused on strengthening CTP Group’s brand, social media presence, and marketing consistency across multiple countries through high-quality content, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven optimization. Group Social Management: Own and manage CTP Group's LinkedIn presence and content development, with a strong focus on growing audience growth among clients (3 posts per week). Duplicated posting across Instagram and Facebook to build employer branding and showcase how we aim to be a good neighbour (1 post per week). \nContent: Work closely with the Group Marketing team to create, update, and optimise marketing materials and communication channels, including websites, brochures, presentations, emailers, case studies-namely by coordinating with local teams to develop the content, copywriting\nContent & Story Sourcing: Proactively identify, source, and develop content opportunities, success stories, client case studies, project updates, and thought leadership topics from stakeholders across the business\nCountry Team Support & Alignment: Align and collaborate on strategy, messaging, style, and best practices across 12 country teams across their LinkedIn pages and marketing materials\nGuidelines & Governance: Develop, maintain, and promote social media, communication, and brand messaging guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, positioning, and visual identity across all markets.\nPerformance Monitoring & Optimisation: Track trends, channel performance, audience engagement, and industry best practices, providing recommendations to improve reach, effectiveness, and brand visibility\nSkills:\nNative or C2-level English writing, editing, and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, channels, and business objectives.\nStrong understanding of strategic communications and brand positioning\nAbility to quickly develop expertise in complex B2B industries and translate technical or business topics into compelling content\nStrong communication skills and ability to proactively and independently reach out to and work with internal and external stakeholders\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.\nData-driven mindset with the ability to analyse content performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Ability to aggregate data, and present KPI’s on a regular basis to track progress, prove effectiveness\nBasic graphic design skills, Canva proficiency, and basic video editing capabilities.
