Become a Parkmaker!\nJob Description:\nThe Accountant is responsible for processing and reconciling incoming invoices, managing cash and bank documents, and resolving discrepancies in data. It requires communication with suppliers and clients via email and phone, regular reporting to supervisors, collaboration with other departments, and handling ad hoc tasks as directed.Education & Qualifications\nUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nSuitable for recent graduates or candidates at the beginning of their accounting career.\nPrevious internship or experience in an accounting or finance department is an advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounting & Financial Operations\nSupport the recording and processing of accounting transactions in compliance with Romanian accounting regulations and internal procedures.\nReview, register, and process supplier and customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation.\nOrganize, verify, and archive accounting documents, including invoices, receipts, expense reports, contracts, and bank statements.\nReconciliations & Reporting\nAssist with bank, supplier, and account reconciliations, identifying and escalating discrepancies when required.\nSupport month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial reports by collecting and verifying accounting data.\nAssist in reviewing employee expense claims and related documentation.\nCompliance & Audit Support\nEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting and tax requirements.\nSupport internal and external audits by preparing and organizing requested documentation.\nStay informed about relevant accounting and tax developments and participate in training
