You’ll work at the intersection of finance and distributed ledger technology, designing secure and reliable on-chain components that power a platform trusted by asset managers, fund administrators, and institutional investors.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with our product team and other engineers to integrate blockchain networks into our systems, develop and test on-chain logic for tokenized assets, and build tools that make interacting with those networks seamless. Bringing both initiative and deep technical expertise, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our blockchain integrations are robust, auditable, and ready to scale as adoption grows. You’ll be the key player in Ctrl Alt’s multi-chain architecture and help us to take our blockchain technology to the next level.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDesign and implement secure, auditable smart contract logic for tokenization, asset management, and governance\n\nWork with a queue-based architecture to create transactions, send them to the blockchain node, and manage the responses to keep track of the ledger\n\nIntegrate blockchain and distributed ledger technologies into our backend systems\n\nEvaluate, test, and deploy blockchain logic on networks such as Cosmos, Liquid, and other Layer 1s\n\nBuild tools for interacting with on-chain infrastructure (transaction monitoring, wallet integrations, etc.)\n\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver robust blockchain-based solutions for financial institutions\n\nStay up to date on developments in blockchain infrastructure, standards, and regulatory frameworks\n\nPromote best practices in blockchain security and operational resilience\n\nThis role will be a great fit if you:\n3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1+ years working with blockchain or distributed ledger technologies\n\nExperience using TypeScript/JavaScript to build integrations with blockchains\n\nFamiliarising with a queue-based architecture\n\nExperience developing and deploying smart contract logic or similar on Layer 1 networks\n\nFamiliarity with token standards and asset representation on-chain\n\nUnderstanding of cryptographic primitives (e.g. signatures, hashes, multisig) and transaction flows\n\nExperience integrating blockchain infrastructure into backend applications, ideally in a TypeScript/JavaScript based environment\n\nKnowledge of blockchain tools, APIs, and development environments (e.g. Cosmos SDK, Elements for Liquid, etc.\n\nNice to haves:\nExposure to finance or fintech environments, particularly involving digital assets or tokenization\n\nHands-on experience with Cosmos SDK, Liquid Network, or other modular blockchain frameworks\n\nUnderstanding of consensus mechanisms and interoperability protocols\n\nFamiliarity with regulated tokenization platforms or compliance-first blockchain use cases\n\nExperience working with custodial and non-custodial wallet systems\n\nStrong communication skills for writing documentation and technical specs\n\nOur Benefits\nJoin a scaling fintech building the next generation of investment banking.
