Working closely with the Operations team and the wider cross-functional teams, some of the things you’ll assist in are process management, data handling and documentation. The breadth of work will stretch across many sections of the business. This role is ideal for a motivated student eager to develop a strong foundation in fintech operations, financial technology and digital assets.\nThis is a 12-month, full-time placement starting in summer 2027, based in our Belfast office on a hybrid pattern with three days a week in the office.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nSupport the day-to-day running of core operational processes\n\nAssist in data validation, reconciliations, and documentation to maintain accuracy across operational systems\n\nTake ownership of ad hoc operational tasks, research requests, or short-term projects as assigned\n\nSupport the AI delivery team in scoping, testing and rolling out AI tools and automations across the business\n\nLearn how the operations team integrates with other areas of the business to achieve shared objectives\n\nEffectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders\n\nLearn, understand, and help apply the products, rules, regulations, procedures, and controls of the business\n\nThis role will be a great fit if you:\nAre currently a second-year undergraduate student on track for a 2:1 or above (or equivalent)\n\nAre proactive, motivated, and highly organised\n\nHave strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills\n\nAre reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn\n\nAre a collaborative team player with a positive attitude\n\nAre committed to personal growth and continuous improvement\n\nOur Benefits\nJoin a scaling fintech building the next generation of investment banking.
