As a full-stack engineer you’ll be working within small feature teams to deliver solutions to real problems that make it into the hands of users within days, not months. You will work closely with colleagues in product to understand design and use your initiative as well as skill to implement technical solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build and maintain high performing, flexible and scalable solutions\n\nBuild upon our existing app to create products and features that help our users understand their investments, manage their portfolios and participate in voting rights of their assets\n\nBuild APIs for our partners to access and place orders our platform\n\nTake a loosely defined problem through to a valid, technically sound, thoroughly documented, tested, and implemented software solution\n\nCollaborate with team members and other engineers across the company\n\nAdvocate best coding practices to raise the bar for you, your team and the company\n\nMentor engineers on your team supporting them in their growth\n\nThis role will be a great fit if you:\n5+ years experience as a Software Engineer\n\nProficiency working with TypeScript/JavaScript backend frameworks (Express, NestJS or similar)\n\nComfortable writing backend code to be performant and efficient\n\nExperience building RESTful application interfaces and designing APIs\n\nExperience working as a part of a multi-person development team that utilizes automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and peer reviews in an Agile Environment\n\nNice to haves:\nStrong engineering principles\n\nExcellent communication skills - written and verbal\n\nExperience in security-first technical architecture\n\nExperience in React and NextJS\n\nOur Benefits\nJoin a scaling fintech building the next generation of investment banking.
