模型设计与实现：熟练掌握统计学习和机器学习模型，熟悉时间序列模型、回归和分类模型，以及神经网络（LSTM, RNN, AutoEncoder等），能够独立设计和实现高效模型。\n\n3、 数据处理技能：熟悉数据处理和特征工程，了解数据降维方法如 PCA、LDA、ICA 等，熟悉特征筛选、构造和融合方法。\n\n4、 编程技能：精通 Python/Matlab/C/C++/R中至少一种语言，熟悉 Scipy、Sklearn 等科学计算库，了解Pytorch/Tensorflow/Keras 等深度学习框架。用户界面开发经验是加分项。\n\n5、 沟通与项目经验：具备优秀的口头和书面表达能力，曾在数据科学会议或期刊上发表论文，有
