You will play an important role in delivering a world-class customer experience to Cubby’s customer base and act as a key resource for platform expertise both externally and internally.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nInvestigate and troubleshoot internal and customer reported issues;\n\nLog defects and provide follow ups to the clients;\n\nWork with other teams to ensure a consistent client experience;\n\nDevelop processes to drive the Cubby Help Center scale;\n\nAct as a liaison between customer feedback and our product team;\n\nUnderstand how the Cubby platform works and be able to explain all functionalities and tools to the clients;\n\nProvide customer support coverage Saturday – Wednesday, 15:00 – 00:00 & 18:00 – 03:00\n\nRequirements:\n\n2+ years of customer support experience with email and live chat;\n\nProven excellence in a customer service role, ideally within the SaaS industry;\n\nExcellent written and verbal English skills;\n\nA strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude;\n\nAbility to maintain composure under pressure;\n\nAbility to work both independently and in a team environment;\n\nNice-to-have:\n\nExperience with Linear and Intercom;\n\nExperience working in a startup;\n\nFamiliarity with CRM, Payments, Real Estate Accounting, Customer Messaging, Fintech Lending, and/or e-commerce checkouts.\n\nWhat you can
