Our platform supports operators across different aspects of their businesses, from day-to-day operations and customer management to payments, automation, and growth. It’s a combination of powerful business software and customer-facing experiences that need to be reliable, intuitive, and scalable across hundreds of different operators.\n\nWe’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product initiatives end to end, balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical opportunities. You’ll work closely with a designer and an engineering lead, accountable for the outcomes your product area delivers.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOwn the product roadmap end to end, balancing customer needs, experience improvements, and the bigger bets that compound over time.\n\nDrive product improvements by identifying and removing friction across key user journeys and workflows.\n\nDrive self-serve adoption and improve customer experiences through features that reduce manual work, deflect support, and improve efficiency.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve product adoption, engagement, and business growth.\n\nStand up the instrumentation, dashboards, and experiment cadence that show what’s working, where users drop off, and which bets are paying back.\n\nStay close to operators and users through research and early-access programs, and bring AI into the product where it earns its place, like smarter workflows, guided experiences, and faster support.\n\nRequirements\n\n6+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping work that moved real metrics, ideally in B2B SaaS, consumer commerce, or growth.\n\nBonus for experience with conversion funnels, checkout, billing, marketplaces, subscriptions, or configurable/embeddable platforms.\n\nA conversion and experimentation mindset: fluent with funnel metrics and A/B testing, and willing to let the data change your mind.\n\nStrong data fluency, comfortable pulling and combining quantitative and qualitative signal to make decisions.\n\nCare for different types of users, understanding both their needs and the business outcomes they depend on.\n\nEnough technical fluency to reason about architecture and tradeoffs with engineers and stay credible in the details.\n\nComfortable with ambiguity. You set clear goals, make progress without a perfect brief, and bring people with you.\n\nClear written and verbal communication.
