requirements into technical solutions.\n\nParticipate in technical design discussions and contribute to solutioning decisions.\n\nPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.\n\nSupport deployments, testing activities, and production issue resolution.\n\nTroubleshoot complex issues and recommend improvements to existing implementations.\n\nStay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging development practices.\n\nRequired Skills\n3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nApex\n\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\n\nSOQL/SOSL\n\nSalesforce configuration and customization\n\nSalesforce Flows\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, sharing and security model, and platform architecture.\n\nExperience with REST APIs, integrations, and external system connectivity.\n\nFamiliarity with Git, version control practices, and CI/CD or deployment processes.\n\nGood understanding of Salesforce data modeling and application design principles.\n\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAbility to independently own development
