Are you someone who can bridge business needs with product capabilities while helping clients get the most value from their Salesforce investment?\nIf yes, the role of Salesforce Product Specialist at CUBE84 might be exactly what you're looking for.\nPosition Overview\nWe're looking for a client-focused Salesforce Product Specialist with 3-5 years of Salesforce experience, including hands-on expertise in business analysis, data modeling, and SaaS product implementations.\nIn this role, you'll support and own client onboarding activities for District360, working closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, coordinate data migration efforts, and configure solutions that meet their needs. You'll collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality implementations while continuously improving the client onboarding experience.\nHere's What You'll Do\nSupport Client Onboarding\nManage client onboarding activities for District360 from discovery through go-live, with support from senior team members when needed.\n\nGather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.\n\nFacilitate discovery sessions, requirement gathering workshops, and stakeholder meetings.\n\nHelp ensure a smooth onboarding experience by tracking timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.\n\nSupport Data Migration & Configuration\nWork with the Senior Salesforce Administrator to coordinate client data migration, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.\n\nApply sound data modeling principles to configure District360 based on client requirements.\n\nValidate migrated data and support overall data quality throughout the implementation process.\n\nCollaborate with Product & Delivery Teams\nPartner with the District360 Product team by sharing customer feedback and implementation insights.\n\nContribute ideas for product enhancements and usability improvements.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and product adoption.\n\nContribute to Delivery Excellence\nHelp maintain onboarding documentation, playbooks, templates, and implementation best practices.\n\nIdentify recurring implementation challenges and recommend process improvements.\n\nCreate and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.\n\nBuild Strong Client Relationships\nBuild trusted relationships with clients throughout the implementation journey.\n\nCommunicate project updates, risks, and recommendations clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.\n\nSupport clients in maximizing the value they receive from District360.\n\nIt's Great If You\nHave 3-5 years of Salesforce experience across administration, business analysis, and client-facing implementations.\n\nHave experience supporting or independently managing Salesforce or SaaS implementation projects.\n\nPossess strong business analysis and data modeling skills.\n\nHave hands-on experience coordinating data migration activities.\n\nAre an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.\n\nCan manage multiple client engagements while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nHave experience creating documentation such as user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.\n\nEven Better If You\nHave experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Nonprofit Cloud.\n\nAre familiar with Salesforce automation tools including Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.\n\nHave worked alongside SaaS product teams and contributed implementation feedback.\n\nHave experience working with nonprofits, civic organizations, or other mission-driven
