This role will own end-to-end solution design across Salesforce and enterprise systems, act as a trusted advisor to customers, and help drive account growth through strong solutioning and consulting.\nThe ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and the ability to design scalable solutions across multiple systems while supporting proposals, upsell initiatives, and long-term customer success.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture\nOwn end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.\n\nDesign scalable and detailed technical solutions across multiple systems, integrations, and enterprise applications.\n\nArchitect and implement Experience Cloud solutions, including Lightning Web Runtime (LWR).\n\nDefine integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.\n\nCustomer Consulting & Solutioning\nAct as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding architecture roadmaps and long-term platform strategy.\n\nIdentify opportunities within existing accounts to enhance solutions, drive platform adoption, and contribute to upsell initiatives.\n\nSupport proposal development by providing architecture, solution approach, and technical design.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nMentor developers and technical leads and ensure adherence to architecture and development best practices.\n\nSupport successful delivery of enterprise implementations across Salesforce and integrated ecosystems.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n8-12+ years of experience working with Salesforce with strong architecture ownership.\n\nDeep expertise in Sales cloud, Service cloud, Experience cloud etc.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform architecture.\n\nExtensive experience designing solutions across multiple systems and enterprise integrations.\n\nStrong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and system architecture.\n\nExperience supporting solution proposals, upsell initiatives, and account expansion.\n\nStrong consulting mindset with experience working directly with customer stakeholders.\n\nProven ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across complex environments.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.\n\nExperience identifying and driving AI and data-driven solution opportunities.\n\nIndustry experience in Higher Education and/or Nonprofit organizations.\n\nExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, payment platforms, or other enterprise applications.\n\nSalesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect / System Architect
