Explore more on Cubic.com.\nJob Details:\nPosition Summary\nNuvotronics is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control Clerk to support the accurate and efficient flow of materials throughout the organization. This role receives incoming materials, maintains inventory accuracy, supports production material needs, and prepares on-time shipments to customers and suppliers while maintaining traceability and compliance with company quality requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive, verify, and process incoming materials, parts, and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips.\nAccurately enter receiving, inventory, material movement, and shipping transactions into the ERP/MRP system.\nMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventory, audits, and discrepancy reconciliation.\nIssue and transfer materials to support manufacturing schedules and organized material flow throughout the facility.\nPrepare, package, label, and ship domestic and international customer orders, supplier returns, and other outbound materials.\nMaintain proper material identification, storage, handling, lot control, and traceability in accordance with company procedures.\nCoordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to resolve shortages, discrepancies, damage, and shipment issues.\nMonitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages, stock concerns, or transaction errors promptly.\nMaintain complete shipping, receiving, certification, and inventory records.\nFollow company safety, security, quality, and applicable ITAR/export compliance requirements; support continuous improvement activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to obtain a security clearance \n3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, materials management, or a related role.\nExperience using ERP/MRP or inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, communication, and transaction accuracy.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine warehouse and material-handling activities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in aerospace, defense, electronics, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing.\nKnowledge of cycle counting, inventory control practices, domestic and international shipping, lot control, and material traceability.\nForklift certification or ability to obtain certification.\nKey Success Measures\nInventory accuracy and traceability | On-time receipt and shipment processing | Material availability for production | Accurate ERP transactions | Compliance with quality and shipping requirements | Safe, organized material handling\nRole Impact\nThis position helps ensure that materials, components, and finished products move efficiently through the Nuvotronics supply chain, directly supporting manufacturing productivity, inventory integrity, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery across the product portfolio.\n\nCubic Pay Range:\n$19.00 - $26.00 + benefits.\nThe Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
