The role will be responsible for providing excellent technical support and customer service as part of our Level 2 support.\nResponsibilities of this role:\nCoordinate with support and development teams to resolve application and system issues\n\nDesign and maintain expertise in flow of application process and systems related to company\n\nAdminister and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis\n\nSupervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services pro-actively\n\nMaintain good professional relationships with counterparts of engineering and customer support departments\n\nOrganize and implement projects ranging from small to medium size and provide assistance to all processes under guidance of Software Engineers\n\nPerform root cause assessment and debug all issues on server domain, and availability of applications\n\nCoordinate with test department to assist in releases and deployments to various environments and production outputs\n\nProvide support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation all issues and solutions.\n\nManage all production system and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solution to problems and prepare reports for all problems.\n\nIdentify and provide resolutions ranging in complexity from medium to high.\n\nEssential Experience and Qualifications\nKnowledge of Microsoft IIS\n\nKnowledge of Database technologies Microsoft SQL Server\n\nWorking Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software\n\nAbility to learn and master employer-specific software\n\nComplex problem solving\n\nWritten and verbal communication skills\n\nCustomer Focused with excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills\n\nDemonstrable ability to learn technical information, processes and applications quickly\n\nExcellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-growing organization\n\nDemonstrated ability to be flexible and take a proactive approach to problem solving\n\nDesired Experience and Qualifications\nExperience with cloud infrastructure (Azure)\n\nExperience using tools like Postman to create and save simple and complex HTTP/s requests.\n\nA degree level qualification in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Software Engineering\n\nBasic knowledge of programming concepts, preferable C#\n\nExperience in building effective relationships with development teams and clients\n\nNew hires at Cubic³ are required to work onsite five days a week during their six-month probation period to get to know the company, their team, and our ways of working. After probation, we offer a flexible arrangement of up to eight work-from-home days per month, provided it aligns with business needs and performance standards.
